Marla will be educating new missionaries and missionary associates coming to Europe and will be working directly with the Regional Director for implementation. She will help equip the Europe Family in Spiritual and Cultural Formation. She will also assist the Europe Prayer Initiative Team by formulating prayer partnerships in the United States, with the goal of breaking down spiritual strongholds across Europe, especially in the areas where there is little or no church nor missionary presence.
